We hope that you will be happy with your Sam Joseph Ltd purchase. However if your product is damaged or substandard we will be happy to discuss a refund or replacement. Proof of damage must be provided immediately upon receipt of goods.

Due to hygiene and food safety reasons we cannot accept returns of food items. Please be sure of your online order before placing it.  Unwanted boxes, taste preferences or opened packages cannot be returned or refunded.

You have the legal right to cancel a non food item up to 14 days from the date of delivery.  Please notify us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel or return a non food item.  Refunds may only be processed via the original payment method.
