Only just discovered Sam Joseph. This bar in particular is sensational! We visited Chester Market today and bought a few different chocolates to try. All were delicious - even the dark chocolate which I'm not usually into!

Tried one of these bars at Alty Market on a recent visit and it was one of the best things I’ve ever tasted absolutely delicious, so I had to come online and order more I’m addicted.
Whether this is 34% chocolate or 37% , descriptions differ on web site and packaging for the chocolate bar, it’s very good chocolate. Not too sweet and much better than any other milk chocolate bar maker.
Two generous rectangles of chocolate covered fudge, I cut these into quarters so they lasted a bit longer. Fudge had a great consistency, excellent chocolate, came in a good little box which could be used as storage for other stuff when the fudge is gone.
