The Raspberry:
We've been using the vibrant tang of fresh raspberries since the beginning. Forget artificial flavourings; we create our own raspberry pâte de fruit in-house. This gives our chocolates a burst of authentic raspberry flavour, sweet and tart, a taste of summer.
The Peanut:
This recipe has always included a creamy, nutty element. We've honed our technique of grinding our own peanut gianduja using a traditional melangeur. This slow, meticulous process releases the peanuts' natural oils, creating a smooth, rich butter that's simply irresistible. To make it even more inclusive, this gianduja is entirely plant-based, crafted with creamy oat milk chocolate.
The Chocolate:
These two exquisite fillings are encased in a shell of our signature 70% dark chocolate. The intense, slightly bitter notes of the dark chocolate beautifully complement the sweetness of the raspberry and the richness of the peanut gianduja, a combination our customers have grown to love.
