One of our most cherished recipes, the Mango & Passionfruit Chocolate, has been a staple at Sam Joseph Chocolates since we opened our doors 10 years ago. This was a favourite of ours even before we opened the shop and we knew it had to be one of our signature chocolates. While its appearance may have evolved over the years (if you look back at some old photos, you might be able to spot one of its previous looks!), the exquisite flavour combination remains unchanged.

This decadent treat features a vibrant passionfruit jam centre, delicately balanced with a smooth mango ganache, all encased within a rich 70% dark chocolate shell. Finished with a touch of yellow and orange coloured cocoa butters, it's a true taste of sunshine, perfectly mirroring the tropical colours of the mango and passionfruit.
