Our delectable journey began back in 2014, when partners Sam and Claire, seasoned pastry chefs, decided to bring their culinary magic back to the North West. Fuelled by their shared experiences in London's vibrant food scene, they yearned to showcase their creations at every foodie market across Manchester.
A Production Kitchen and a Dream:
Setting up a production kitchen in Oldham, they embarked on a passionate mission. Each market stall became a stage for their delightful creations - handcrafted chocolates, mouthwatering pastries, and an array of tempting hot and cold beverages.
The Altrincham Market Connection:
Fate (and perhaps a love for good coffee!) led Sam and Claire to the iconic Altrincham Market. In 2014, they became launch tenants within the Market House, quickly establishing themselves as a firm favourite. The locals adored their exquisite handmade chocolates, and Sam Joseph Chocolates became synonymous with quality and indulgence.
