We use Royal mail to deliver all orders and aim to dispatch all orders either same day or next day working ( Excluding weekends ). 

We ship all our orders using Royal mail tracked 48 - £4.95 ( FREE ON ORDERS OVER £60 ) aims to deliver 1-3 days.

RETURNS

Please notify us within 24 hours of delivery if you have any problems with your order and we will do our best to put it right.

We may ask for you to return products to us before we issue any refunds. 

To maintain the freshness and quality of your chocolates with a best before date of 6-8 weeks, store them in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Room temperature is ideal, preferably between 15-18°C (59-64°F). Ensure the chocolates are sealed tightly in their original packaging or transferred to an airtight container. Avoid exposing them to extreme temperatures or humidity. Properly stored, these chocolates will maintain their flavor and texture throughout their shelf life. Enjoy them at their best before the indicated date for the ultimate taste experience."
