RETURNS

Please notify us within 24 hours of delivery if you have any problems with your order and we will do our best to put it right.

We may ask for you to return products to us before we issue any refunds.

Room temperature is ideal, preferably between 15-18°C (59-64°F). Ensure the chocolates are sealed tightly in their original packaging or transferred to an airtight container. Avoid exposing them to extreme temperatures or humidity. Properly stored, these chocolates will maintain their flavor and texture throughout their shelf life. Enjoy them at their best before the indicated date for the ultimate taste experience."
