We aim to bring high quality and creative flavours to our customers. We have combined experience spanning more than 18 years working in 5 star hotels and 3 rosetted restaurants.
Sam began his career in pastry in his home town of Newcastle at Jesmond Dene House where his passion for chocolate and patisserie began. He was most recently the Head Pastry Chef at the 3 rosette Caxton Grill Restaurant in London, and also a finalist in the 2014 APC Dessert of the year competition.
Claire's first pastry chef position was at The London Carriage Works in Liverpool, she went on to become Head Pastry Chef at the Lowry Hotel in Manchester before moving to London to be Product Development Chef at a renowned London Bakery.
